Director of Clinical Administration
Robin oversees the daily operations of Brookdale Health to ensure continuous growth within our clinic providing our patients the highest level of treatment possible. Robin provides staff guidance to maintain a professionally run clinic for the benefit and well-being of our patients and ensuring their needs are met. Her passion in life is to help others and Brookdale Health provides such an opportunity.
Robin obtained her Associates of Applied Science in Healthcare Administration in conjunction with a certificate of Medical Office Clerical and Certified Medical Transcription certification from Vermilion Community College and has worked in the healthcare field for over 30 years.
Robin played collegiate softball and has continued with her love of both softball and baseball and enjoys attending all sporting events in our community. Spending time with family and friends, golfing, and being surrounded by her dachshund provides great relaxation in her spare time.
David Lutz, DC
Director of Chiropractic
Dr. Lutz has been part of the Brookdale Health team since 1993. He specializes in injury treatment with emphasis on automobile and work injuries.
His mission is to meet the unique needs of our patients by asking, "How can we help you today?" with the goal of exceeding the patients expectation for each and every visit.
Dr. Lutz obtained his chiropractic degree at Northwestern Health Sciences University and attended St. John's University for his undergraduate studies. While at St. John's, Dr. Lutz was captain of both the varsity basketball and golf teams.
In his spare time, Dr. Lutz enjoys golfing, refereeing youth basketball, and spending time with his family at the lake. He is married with 2 children.

Trent Frisch, DC
Dr. Frisch graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU) in December 2014 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic, where he is now an alumni board member. Before chiropractic school, Dr. Frisch attended Gustavus Adolphus College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Physiology.
Dr. Frisch wants to help patients get better so that they can live the best life possible. His skills are advanced in the area of chiropractic and include a high proficiency in activator methods. He is also caring, hardworking, and respectful to all patients.
Outside of work, Dr. Frisch enjoys bowhunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two girls. He is also a Vikings fan.

Daniel Anderson, DC
Dr. Anderson was born and raised in the Twin Cities. After high school he went to St. Cloud State University. He went on to graduate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2007. After graduation, Dr. Anderson worked at an injury clinic in St. Paul with other chiropractors and massage therapists to create well rounded rehabilitation programs for all patients. He came to Brookdale Health in 2012. Dr. Anderson loves being at Brookdale Health because he gets to help people improve their symptoms and improve their lives. He loves interacting with patients and finding out what goals they have on their road to better health.
Dr. Anderson and his wife live in Minneapolis with their two children and two dogs. When Dr. Anderson is not at work he loves spending time outdoors running, playing golf and baseball and attending as many sporting events as he can.

Steven Wynia, DPT
Director of Physical Therapy
Dr. Wynia was raised in South Dakota. He attended South Dakota State University and then graduated from Mayo Medical College with a Masters in Physical Therapy and the University of North Dakota with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Dr. Wynia has practiced in outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedic and vestibular injuries. He has practiced at Brookdale Health since 2008, helping thousands of patients recover from car and work injuries. In addition, he has focused on building Brookdale Health’s concussion and vestibular rehabilitation programs so that patients can complete their recovery in one location. Dr. Wynia and his wife live in Becker with their 3 children. He enjoys watching his children participate and compete in activities of all sorts. He spends any other time outdoors. Depending on the season, he will be at the lake boating and fishing or be downhill skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter.
Kara Talbot, DPT
Dr. Kara Talbot was born and raised in Minnesota. After high school, she pursued her bachelor’s degree from Concordia College, Moorhead MN. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Des Moines University in 2006. Dr. Talbot has experience working with various orthopedic injuries, acute and chronic neck and back pain, and also women's health rehab. Dr. Talbot has worked most of her career as a physical therapist at Brookdale Health using the 3-prong approach to help patients achieve their goals. Dr. Talbot and her husband live in the Twin Cities with their two children. When Dr. Talbot is not at work, she loves spending time with her family and their dog.
Samantha Crowley, DPT
Dr. Crowley decided she wanted to be a Physical Therapist after she was in a car accident at 16 years old, and physical therapy helped her return to playing soccer. She obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN.
Outside of work, Dr. Crowley likes to stay active, travel, and spend time with her friends and family. She is an avid sports fan, and cheers for the Minnesota Vikings, Twins, Wild, and St. Cloud State Husky Hockey. Dr. Crowley also enjoys cooking, trying new foods, drinking coffee, crocheting and crafting.
Dr. Crowley aspires to be empathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable when working with patients. She has been at Brookdale Health since the summer of 2018. Dr. Crowley enjoys meeting new patients and learning about their life stories. She loves watching her patient’s improve and return to their normal activities. She works with a team of ImPact trained Physical Therapists who are experts in treating auto injuries. She has a special interest in treating vestibular dysfunctions, sports injuries and pediatrics. Additionally, Dr. Crowley has experience in orthopedics, pelvic health, pediatrics, and neuro rehab.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Working at Brookdale Health since 2008, physical therapist assistant Evan Gorton is dedicated to making you better. His physical therapy career got started when he worked at a healthcare facility during high school and spent some time getting to know the rehab team and saw what an impact they had on people’s lives. This is when he knew that is what he wanted to do, help people move, live and feel better! He received his Associates in applied science, PTA degree from Anoka Ramsey Coon Rapids Community College. You can usually find him in the fitness area, because here at Brookdale Health he specializes in exercise rehabilitation which also includes patient education.
In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors (when it is warm) playing a number of sports with friends and family, working in his yard, or camping in the BWCA. On the weekends you may even see him riding his motorcycle!
Physical Therapist Assistant
Cora Schultz is a Physical Therapist Assistant here at Brookdale Health. She joined our team July 2018 after receiving her Associates in Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated the spring of 2018 at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, WI. She grew up playing athletics and knew she wanted to work in healthcare helping others feel their best. As a PTA she is educated in how to safely exercise when injured as well as perform hands on care to facilitate that healing process even quicker. After school she continued to take continuing education courses specializing in massage/manual therapy. Her favorite part about working here is having the ability to not only help patient’s in the gym with their exercises but to also perform massages in the massage department helping the patients recover with both active and passive care as they are equally important. Her hobbies include going to concerts, traveling, reading, running and watching sports… Go Pack Go!!
