Steven Wynia, DPT

Director of Physical Therapy

Dr. Wynia was raised in South Dakota. He attended South Dakota State University and then graduated from Mayo Medical College with a Masters in Physical Therapy and the University of North Dakota with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Dr. Wynia has practiced in outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedic and vestibular injuries. He has practiced at Brookdale Health since 2008, helping thousands of patients recover from car and work injuries. In addition, he has focused on building Brookdale Health’s concussion and vestibular rehabilitation programs so that patients can complete their recovery in one location. Dr. Wynia and his wife live in Becker with their 3 children. He enjoys watching his children participate and compete in activities of all sorts. He spends any other time outdoors. Depending on the season, he will be at the lake boating and fishing or be downhill skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter.
